Cooabriel employees to benefit from Performance Rewards Program

Investing in a strategic initiative, Cooabriel is launching the Performance Rewards Program, a differential that aims to recognize the commitment of its more than 550 employees. 

The program is being structured based on various indicators, involving analysis of economic and financial data, pre-established results contracts with the workforce and individual performance assessments. 

According to Cooabriel's corporate administrative manager, Tayani Mauri, the initiative stimulates professional development and encourages more active and cohesive participation with the cooperative's goals and strategies. “This model not only contributes to employee engagement, but also reinforces a sense of belonging, closely linked to the cooperative's purpose.” 

To help plan the guidelines and parameters that will be adopted, the program was monitored by the Dom Cabral Foundation, through its associate professor, Márcio Araújo Rabelo. According to the specialist, productivity and motivation are among the gains of an initiative of this nature.  

“A program like this brings a series of benefits, both for employees and for the company, since it puts the employee at the center of the conversation, connecting objectives and goals. Another benefit is the reduction of conflicts, since a well-established plan promotes a more harmonious and cooperative working environment.”  

Cooabriel's general superintendent, Carlos Augusto Pandolfi, explains that this was an important agenda within the cooperative's strategic planning. According to him, the consolidation of the program is the result of a long process of internal structuring and aims to reflect the culture of valuing the workforce.  
 
“Our values are very much focused on our members, to whom we direct a series of initiatives, but they also extend to our employees. This new program makes that even more visible.” Pandolfi points out that the new program strengthens bonds and expands the benefits package already on offer, making the institution more attractive for attracting and retaining talent, which is vital for consolidating the goals and objectives set.  

For Cooabriel's president, Luiz Carlos Bastianello, “the program goes beyond a simple bonus, representing concrete recognition for the commitment and dedication that employees give to the institution. It's a way of sharing part of the results with the employees who, in fact, make a very significant contribution to achieving them”.
